The control is the main aim for us to provide quality, functionality and service life of product. Our company has received the certificates of quality management system according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 and certificate according to the standard ISO/TS 16949:2002.

All supportive processes which ensure quality are adjusted to satisfy demands of our customers.

• input control of materials (delivery notes, attests, certificates…)
• self-control, concurrent control and output control (statistical comparative methodology)
• control of fundamentals dimensions n measuring devices (3D, 3D optics, digital altimeter)
• product audits
• regular internal audits
• control of production capability by statistical methodology (statistical process control – SPC, measuring scale ability – MSA, machine, tool and process ability – Cp, Cpk, Cm, Cmk, Pp, Ppk)
• regular internal and external calibrations of gauges and measurement devices
